Is AlligatorBoard magnetic?
Yes — all our galvanized metal pegboard is magnetic. Our Diamond Plate and 300-Series Stainless Steel products are not magnetic.
What is the diameter and spacing of holes on AlligatorBoard metal pegboard?
All our pegboard holes are 1/4" diameter on 1" centers.
What kind of metal is used to make AlligatorBoard metal pegboard?
All our galvanized metal pegboard is manufactured to the highest standards from heavy-duty 20-gauge galvanized steel.
How many AlligatorBoard metal pegboard panels do I get when I place an order?
All our panels are sold in packs of two unless otherwise noted. We sell kits of 4 or more panels as well. Search for "kits" to see those offerings.
How much weight do AlligatorBoard metal pegboard panels hold?
AlligatorBoard holds up to 90 lbs. when mounted on studs.
Can I use standard pegboard hooks?
Yes — AlligatorBoard metal pegboard is compatible with standard pegboard hardware. We offer hooks on our website for your convenience; but you can purchase standard pegboard hardware anywhere and use it with your AlligatorBoard pegboard. Works best with 1/4" diameter hooks.
Do I need to mount AlligatorBoard on a frame?
No — AlligatorBoard metal pegboard panels have a built-in 5/8" flange that lets you mount directly to any wall. Mounted horizontally or vertically, they are compatible with standard 16" stud spacing. The open corners on the AlligatorBoard panels make it easy to run speaker wire or extension cords behind the mounted panels.
Are custom sizes available?

All items are shipped via UPS Ground which takes approximately 2-5 days.
Refund/Return Policy:
Returning Merchandise
AlligatorBoard.com should be notified no later than 14 days after you receive your order should you want to return your merchandise. ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!
Returns are accepted:
1) If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise.
2) If the merchandise is defective.
Please Note. For any other reason besides a defective product that was caused by the shipping service, returns and the shipping cost are the customers' responsibility.
Returns cannot be accepted if:
1) The product is not in resalable condition of if we receive product and conclude that there has been obvious abuse to the product.
All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be preauthorized. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. (No restocking fee on exchanges.) Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting support@alligatorboard.com .

Exchanging Merchandise
We will accept almost all exchanges. Some reasons that will NOT ALLOW us to accept exchanges are:
1) Merchandise was returnedmore than 30 days after purchase.
2) Merchandise was mishandled (broken) by the purchaser.
3) Merchandise is used or not in a resalable condition.
We only ship to the inner 48 United States. This means we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
All postage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise specified in a promotion. All exchanges must be preauthorized. There is no restocking fee on exchanges. Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting support@alligatorboard.com

Warranty Information:
AlligatorBoard is made in the USA and backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
For up to five years from the date of the original purchase, AlligatorBoard will replace any defective part due to manufacturing defect at no charge to the customer. The customer is responsible, if needed, for shipping the defective piece and/or part at customer's expense to our service center. AlligatorBoard will then return the replacement piece via UPS ground at no charge to the customer.
Warranty will cover the repair or replacement of any of our products under normal wear and tear. We will not cover the cost of repair or replacement if we feel that upon our inspection, the damage was caused by obvious neglect or abuse.
The warranty information here is valid as of 01/01/05 and customer must retain a warranty card, included with product, and be prepared to present it upon our request as to show proof of purchase and warranty eligibility.
